Life Balance

There are five major life-balance areas of concern: physical, social, spiritual, career/school, and intimate relationships. The greater a person’s identity in any one of these areas, the greater the likelihood that that specific area will be an area in which they are particularly vulnerable to stress. The more balanced a person’s life is, the less likely they will become biochemically unbalanced when one area is stressed. Life balance considerations maintain brain chemistry over time. |
