Metabolic Weight Gain

Metabolic weight gain is caused by specific factors such as how fat, protein and carbohydrates are handled by the body. Generally, these individuals gained weight at an early age and are less responsive to weight loss overall. |

Mixed Chemicals
| |
Neurotransmitters that are “mixed” aren’t purely inhibitory or purely exciting. How the way they affect behavior depends on other dominant neurotransmitter levels. These mixed chemicals (serotonin and acetylcholine) must be in correct balance to optimize performance and eliminate negative behaviors and moods. |
